MOOG Compact Dynamic motors in six frame sizes up to 76Nm

We're making a selection of Moog's high performance Compact Dynamic servo motors available to customers off-the-shelf for fast delivery. To do this we've created a new range, the Compact Dynamic GL series, which is unique to Motor Technology.

Moog traditionally provides custom solutions for high performance applications. The level of customisation and the wide range of options mean that Moog's high performance motors are built to order and, until now, have never been available off the shelf for fast delivery.

The Compact Dynamic range of three-phase AC brushless synchronous servo motors offers excellent performance and features. The complete range covers six frame sizes from 40 to 190mm and stall torque from 0.15 to 76Nm. Special requirements such as flange and shaft modifications, other feedback devices and special windings are also possible.

The motors have low inertia, high power density and IP65 protection. They have 8-pole (size 1-3) and 12-pole (size 4-6) windings and are available with a wide range of options.

The GL series motors are stock items available for quick delivery. They are fitted as standard with single-turn absolute Hiperface encoders (SKS36 and SRS50), Teflon shaft seals (IP67), 600V windings, rotatable connectors and plain shafts.
