The winner of Motor Technology's annual award for The Most Improved or Best Higher National Student in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Stockport College is Grzegorz Blachut.

In his final year of a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, his tutors stated that, 'Despite English being his second language, Grzegorz has displayed a very high level of commitment throughout the programme, returning an excellent set of results. He has undertaken a first class final year Project which no doubt will be of great benefit to his employers.'
